Phase 1a Private Early Investors

Token Multiplier: Receive 2.5 times the number of MEDRE tokens compared to those purchased at the token’s launch price.
Hotel Discounts: Enjoy 5 coupons for a 40% discount on stays at our hotels. After these coupons, you’ll have a permanent 10% discount, valid as long as your tokens are staked.
Daily Token Rewards: As a Phase 1a investor, you’ll benefit from three separate daily reward pools, outside of the 25% yearly net profit dividend pool:
- Exclusive Phase 1 Pool: Phase 1 investors have access to an exclusive pool of 10 million MEDRE tokens as an additional reward for their early support. Starting from Phase 3, 2 million tokens annually are set aside in a pool, and from this pool, dividends will be distributed daily to Phase 1 investors for 5 years. Your share of this distribution depends on the percentage of the total staked MEDRE tokens you hold within Phase 1a and 1b.
- Combined Phase 1 & 2 Pool: In addition to the exclusive Phase 1 pool, Phase 1 investors also receive rewards from a separate pool of 10 million tokens shared with Phase 2 investors. Starting from Phase 3, 2 million tokens annually are set aside in a pool, and from this pool, dividends will be distributed daily for 5 years. Your share in this pool is determined by the percentage of the total staked tokens you hold within Phase 1 and Phase 2 combined.
- General Staking Pool: Phase 1 investors also have access to a general staking pool of 20 million tokens open to all stakers, including those who purchase tokens on the open market. Starting from Phase 3, 4 million tokens annually are set aside in a pool, and from this pool, dividends will be distributed daily for 5 years. Your share of the rewards from this pool depends on your percentage of the total staked MEDRE tokens across all phases and the open market.
- Future Staking Pool: After the initial 5-year period of dividend incentives, there is a final pool of 10 million MEDRE tokens available to all stakers, including those who purchased tokens on the open market. From this pool, 2 million tokens annually are set aside in a pool, and from this pool, dividends will be distributed daily for 5 years. Your share of the rewards depends on your percentage of the total staked MEDRE tokens across all phases and the open market.

Global Expansion Airdrop: Upon successful launch of the MEDRE token and implementation of our plan, we’ll expand to new regions or branches. To celebrate, we’ll airdrop 0.5 tokens of the newly launched token for each staked MEDRE token you hold. This bonus applies to your initial investment and any additional tokens you acquire.
Retain and Enhance Your Phase Status: If you bought tokens during Phase 1a, and then purchase more in a later phase or open market, those newly staked tokens will count as Phase 1a tokens and its respective incentives. The only way you’ll lose your purchase phase status is by unstaking all of your tokens.
Governance: Staked tokens grant the right to participate in governance, enabling the community to vote alongside the team when the board faces indecision or seeks answers to certain questions.
