This includes evaluating factors such as location, property type, historical performance, market trends, and potential for appreciation.  
• Financial Risk Management Tools: Explore the use of financial risk management tools, such as hedging strategies or insurance products, to further mitigate potential losses from market downturns.  

Detective Measures

• Historical Data and KPI Development: Establish a system for collecting and analyzing historical data on key market indicators, such as property values, rental rates, occupancy trends, and economic conditions. This data will be used to develop KPIs and predictive models that can help identify negative (or positive) trends and enable MEDRE to proactively adjust its strategy in response to market fluctuations.
• Active Portfolio Management: Actively manage its portfolio, leveraging the team’s expertise to optimize property performance, control costs, and adapt to changing market conditions. This includes monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, rental income, and operating expenses to identify any early warning signs of market decline.

• Long-Term Investment Horizon: Maintain a long-term investment horizon, recognizing that real estate markets are cyclical, and profits are often realized over longer periods.
