Team Execution Risks

Estimated reading: 2 minutes

The success of the project relies heavily on the experience and capabilities of the team. Any changes in leadership, loss of key personnel, or execution challenges could impact the project’s progress and investor confidence.

Mitigation

To mitigate team execution risks, MEDRE will:

Preventative Measures

  • Recruitment and Retention: Recruit and retain a highly skilled and experienced team with a proven track record in real estate, hospitality, blockchain technology, and business management. This includes offering competitive compensation and benefits packages and creating a positive and supportive work environment to attract and retain top talent.
  • Succession Planning: Develop a clear succession plan and implement knowledge transfer mechanisms to ensure continuity and minimize disruptions in case of personnel changes.
  • Advisory Board and Consultants: Leverage the expertise of an advisory board and external consultants to provide guidance and support to the team.

Detective Measures

  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of the team and individual team members to identify any potential execution challenges or skill gaps. This includes tracking progress on key milestones, evaluating the quality of work, and assessing team dynamics and collaboration.

Corrective Measures

  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Offer mentorship and coaching programs to support team members in their professional development and address any performance gaps.
  • Team Building: Organize team-building activities and initiatives to foster collaboration, communication, and a positive work environment.
  • Performance Improvement Plans: In case of consistent underperformance by a team member, implement performance improvement plans to address the issues and provide support for improvement.
  • Personnel Changes: If necessary, make personnel changes to address persistent performance issues or ensure the team has the right skills and expertise to execute the project successfully.
