This phase is divided into three parts:

• Pre-Seed: This crucial phase will enable us to secure MiCA authorization, build core infrastructure, and assemble a world-class team. As a pre-seed investor, you’ll play a pivotal role in our journey, enjoying unique benefits such as early liquidity options and a balanced risk/reward structure designed to maximize your returns.

• Seed: The Seed round is strategically designed to accelerate user platform development and establish a robust operational foundation. We will leverage our in-house expertise, augmented by a specialized third-party development team, to expedite time-to-market and ensure a high-quality user experience. Key deliverables include the development of core platform functionalities, such as staking, governance, and the innovative IdeaBox feature, powered by secure and efficient proxy smart contracts.

  This funding will also enable us to prioritize regulatory compliance by attracting or training a dedicated compliance officer and covering ongoing legal costs. Furthermore, we will build a strong community and customer support framework by onboarding a dedicated community manager and customer support specialist. This Seed investment is critical for propelling us from initial development to a fully operational, compliant, and community-driven platform, setting the stage for significant user adoption and long-term growth.

• Phase 1: This phase is dedicated to acquiring initial assets. Phase 2: Public Presale – This phase opens up the token sale to a wider audience, allowing the general public to participate and contribute to the project’s funding. To ensure a fair price valuation for the Phase 3 exchange listing, the money raised in this phase will be allocated to acquire assets from our shortlist.

Phase 3: Exchange Listing – Once the presale phases are completed, the MEDRE token will be listed on various cryptocurrency exchanges, enabling greater liquidity and accessibility for investors.
