Introduction

We’ve temporarily taken our roadmap offline as we refine our strategy, including a plan for a fair token launch price.

Our updated roadmap will provide a clearer picture of our goals and a faster path to market. The timeline for release partly depends on the Dutch AFM’s (Autoriteit Financiële Markten) review of our MiCA regulation application, which may take some time. The process could take up to 6 months from the start of the application process. Without formal approval, we cannot start the Phase 2 public presale which funds the acquisition depot.

Currently, we’re focused on finalizing key setups and securing Venture Capitalists for our Phase 1 private presale. This funding will jumpstart our entire plan, including:

• Business setup: Establishing the necessary legal and operational framework.
• MiCA approval: Completing the regulatory process with the Dutch AFM.
• User Interface development: Building the platform that connects our community with the token and all its exciting functionalities outlined in the whitepaper.
• Phase 2 groundwork: Laying the foundation for a successful public presale, including marketing, community building, and legal preparations.
