Platform: Staking, Governance, Ideabox

The platform will offer the following features:

• Staking for yearly dividends: Stake your MEDRE tokens to earn a portion of 25% of Mundofy’s yearly net profit generated from RWA-related activities in the Mediterranean region. These profits will be utilized to repurchase MEDRE tokens and distribute as daily rewards to staked token holders until the subsequent buyback.
• Staking for governance rights: The right to participate in project governance is exclusively granted to MEDRE holders who actively stake their tokens. Each staked token represents a vote, with voting power directly proportional to the number of tokens staked. Given the maximum supply of 800 million tokens, the weight of each vote is determined by the overall number of tokens staked. While not every decision will be subject to a vote, this governance mechanism provides a critical path forward when the board cannot reach a unanimous agreement. This voting process can also be used in conjunction with the ideas submitted to the ‘Idea Box’ to further guide decision-making.
• Staking to access the “IdeaBox”: Staked holders can submit thoughts on our recent/new acquisition or suggest new revenue streams for Mundofy. While we can’t guarantee implementation of every idea, we believe great ideas start somewhere. On new public revenue ideas, other staked token holders can upvote the idea, creating a dynamic and engaging environment where everyone has a voice in shaping the MEDRE tokens success.
• Burn function: All users, regardless of staking status, can utilize the burn function to permanently remove MEDRE tokens from circulation. This voluntary act contributes to the deflationary nature of the token and can potentially increase the value of the remaining tokens in circulation.
